This policy describes how Padam Digital processes personal data collected through padam.digital, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data we collect

We only collect the data strictly required to handle your requests:

• Contact form: your name, email address and the content of the message you send.
• Technical data: we do not use analytics tools or audience measurement cookies on this site.

2. Purpose

Your data is used solely to answer your request and, where applicable, to follow up on our conversation. It is never sold or shared for commercial purposes.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on your explicit consent when submitting a message via our contact form (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR).

4. Sub-processors

To deliver your messages we rely on the following services:

• Resend (transactional email delivery) — data hosted in the European Union and the United States.
• Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-spam protection for the form) — anonymous verification without ad tracking.
• Google Cloud / Firebase Hosting (site hosting).

5. Retention

Messages received via the contact form are kept for at most three years after the last exchange, then deleted.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to or port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@padam.digital. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French CNIL or your local data protection authority.
